Terms & Conditions

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements and service deliveries by Meesy to the client.

2. Quotes and agreements

All quotes from Meesy are non-binding and valid for 30 days. An agreement is established after written acceptance by both parties.

3. Delivery

Meesy aims to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by the client (e.g. late delivery of content or feedback) are outside our responsibility.

4. Payment terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment will incur interest charges in accordance with Belgian legislation.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, Meesy transfers intellectual property of the delivered work to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

Meesy's liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment. Meesy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake not to disclose confidential information received in the context of the collaboration to third parties.

8. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the district of Antwerp.
